Current Opportunities
In this role you will plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns across McKinnon’s portfolio.
While we work with agencies and partners, this role is not advisory and you are accountable for translating strategy into action and ensuring campaigns are executed end-to-end, on time, on brand and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who has operated in complex environments and is ready for greater ownership, continuity and impact. Your background may include working as an Account Manager, Consultant or similar role in a marketing or communications agency or in-house team, where you were trusted to run campaigns and keep delivery moving.
You bring strong expertise across integrated campaign delivery and a readiness to operate as a high-impact, delivery-focused generalist — planning, coordinating and executing work rather than handing it off. You thrive in a start-up environment and you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
Plan and deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns end-to-end.
Help translate strategic objectives into practical delivery plans, timelines and briefs.
Execute activity across earned, owned, paid, partnerships and events channels.
Coordinate cross-functional contributors and manage overlapping priorities.
Act as the day-to-day driver of delivery, maintaining momentum and quality.
Manage agency and supplier inputs as partners
Monitor progress, surface risks and resolve issues to keep work on track.
Demonstrated experience delivering campaigns in complex, fast-moving environments.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
Sound judgement and comfort working in high trust, high reputation settings.
